I am a signing agent in Northern California, serving El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, and Amador Counties.

Helping others is a passion of mine.  As a full time Notary through my company Express Admin, LLC., I work with Real Estate, Escrow and Title Companies as well as the general public.

I understand I am an extension of their business expertise and knowledge of loan signings and ensure the client has a great experience.

I am meticulous, going over each and every document four separate times to ensure that dates are correct and legible and that signatures and initials are not missed.  Forms such as PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, and 1003 are completed.  I organize packages prior to signings and ensure I understand what might be required for me to explain to the client, as well as any packages that could be incomplete or miss-scanned.  

If clients have general questions regarding information within the packages, I can quickly find answers and explain definitions.  I have a thorough knowledge of loan packages.

On the rare occasion that an error is made, correcting it is my immediate priority.

Documents are scanned back or FedExed on time.  I know my surrounding FedEx office locations and times.  I understand the importance of not missing deadlines.

I am an excellent communicator and keep my clients informed every step of the way, even tracking the package to its destination.
