The State of Washington requires that you provide a copy of your commission certificate to the manufacturer of your seal/stamp.  Please mail a copy of your Certificate of Authority to:

Notary Rotary

500 New York Ave

Des Moines, IA  50313

Or, you may FAX it to 877-349-6590, or email to support@notaryrotary.com.  Your stamp will not be manufactured until Notary Rotary receives a copy of your Certificate of Authority.

Although the state of Washington does not require one, it is strongly recommended that notaries maintain a Washington Notary Journal as a record of the notarial acts performed and could be vital in protecting the notary from possible liability.

As soon as we receive your order, and copy of your commission certificate, your complete order will be processed and shipped, usually within 2-3 days. Once you receive your seal and supplies you will be ready to begin your duties as a notary public for the State of Washington.
