	I have a team of employees to serve your needs, all of them have background checks. We serve all of VA and WV. We are licensed settlement agents and do this full time and we have closed every type of closing their is to include commercial and business. My staff is covered by my Fidelity and Surety bonds and we have a 1 million dollar E & O policy as well a business liability and workman's compensation policy to protect our staff and your company from claims. We are also RESA certified so our employees can handle money at settlement making it legal for you but you will not have to worry about a notary mishandling funds. We also provide nationwide title exam and recording services so we can close on a purchase and then have out staff record so it saves you money and time since you cannot disburse in VA until you are on record by VA statute. For WV closings, we will not close unless it is done under the direct supervision of a licensed WV attorney to meet WV statute, we can provide this service to protect us and you from the unlawful practice of law as we have our own Licensed WV attorney. We follow Alta's Best Practices and CFPB rules and we are ready for the new Trid and Rules going into effect for lenders and their vendors Oct. 3rd, 2015. We are active members of American Land Title Association, Virginia Land Title Association & the national notary association to keep us up to speed on the current and changing legal items effecting our industry. We also have an office for closings to be done in a more professional location in our conference room designed for large settlements with buyer, seller, realtors. We can also disburse or sell title insurance if you are not licensed in our state.
