I am both a notary and a licensed title agent. I have been closing purchases, refinances, HUD and REO transactions, e-sign, construction loans, and reverse mortgages daily since 2006. Working for a title company, I fully understand the production and escrow side of each transaction. I am available every day of the week and can communicate with customers in English and Spanish (Certified). I have experience with most realtors and lenders in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties. I am a professional and always stay even-tempered and diplomatic during signings. If a problem arises I contact the proper persons involved in the transaction. Note: Currently attending law school.
