I am commissioned in Texas to do Remote Online Notarizations (RON). I use Vouched.id for state-of-the-art facial recognition technology ID verification.

I serve a 20 mile radius of Wylie, TX which includes the counties of Collin, Rockwall, and NE Dallas County. I DO NOT serve the city of Dallas. Cities include Plano, Allen, Garland, Richardson, Sachse, Murphy, Parker, St. Paul, Farmersville, Princeton, Rockwall, Lavon, McKinney. Areas in excess of 20 miles one-way are serviced with a mileage surcharge. I can close Texas A6 cash-out loans with partnering attorneys and title companies in the area--schedule dependent upon room availability.

I am also an ordained minister and can perform weddings. My fee for officiating a wedding, including rehearsals, is $200.00.
