While I am new to the signing agent community, I do have extensive experience with loan closings. I worked as a legal secretary for a real estate attorney for several years when I lived in New York. My primary responsibilities included receiving, preparing and sending out loan packages as well as preparing and reviewing purchase and sale contracts. I also worked as a relocation specialist where part of my job required me to review contracts, HUD statements and other closing documents with my customers.
