They claim they are trying to re-negotiate their loan and keep getting the run around. By the time they reach me they are so upset and don't believe me when I tell them I do not work for Countrywide and they have the wrong number. I've had 3 calls in the last week. One person last week said a call center in Manila gave them my #. |

Posted by MB_AZ at 7/13/2007 10:54:00 AM | JMO... Arizona recently passed Mortgage Fraud Legislation. The unscrupulous LO and sub prime lenders are staying away from the AZ market. The mail used to be flooded with ads from mtg lenders and daily phone calls. But, that has all but stopped since June.
