anything other than they would not accept the date as 9/18/07. You did not incur
any deductions per the lender and you forced the resend with FedEx - which did
not cost $ 17.50. If it did I want proof. As per your no tolerance policy I also
have a no tolerance policy and your irresponsible behavior and attempt to
further avoid paying the bills that you owe will not be tolerated by me. I have
incurred additional phone fees of over $ 15 in an attempt to collect your bad
debt. Not to mention I have a strict 20 days post closing requirement. So
therefore sir, if my calculations are correct you owe me an additional $ 25. Not
only that and not withstanding I stayed at this closing for 4 1/2 hours because
your lender was providing a loan to a woman in her 70's and her 90 year old
mother. This Woman Ms. Melva Chadwick was both blind and deaf. I do not EVER
stay at a closing for 4 1/2 hours for $ 55. If I must remind you sir I accepted
a severely reduced fee for my services with the promise I would be paid
immediately. I have been lied to and promised the moon. I will be copying this
note from you to the CFO of Lending Tree. As you were paid and paid on time and
in full for this closing per The Lending Tree.; I will also be copying this
communication in it's entirety to Notary Rotary so that you SIR WILL NEVER HIRE
ANOTHER DECENT NOTARY AGAIN. Your Company is dishonest and will pay when I take
you to court.
Thank you. Pay the $ 55 you owe me or I will seek full collection and attorney
fees in addition to the original amount. Thank you.

We just pulled the file in question , about your payment and there where
several mistakes made by you . If you remember correctly you had to get two
APA's completed for us on 9-20. Not sure if this held up funding or not , But
these mstake are reflected on us by the lender
And we have a " No tolerence poilcy" for simple mistakes.
Not to mention that you where givin our Fed-Ex account number to send the APA
back to HLC ( which is $17.85 )
Whether or not no fee or a deduction will be in a place accounting will have
to handle this.

You will be given every excuse in the book and you will still not be paid. Gary the owner of this company will even admit that he has been paid for the loan that you have closed for him but will still not pay you. Please folks stop this guy. He is somehow getting work through 'The Lending Tree'. Problem is - he refuses to pay his notaries claiming he has to keep his employees paid. I have never been stiffed as bad as this.
