I have been a loan signing agent for 2 years. I have performed 350+ signings. I am willing to do fax backs for free if more than 25 pages there is an additional fee of $10.00.
I am always available after 5 pm. If the signing is during the daytime, please call because sometimes I am out of work by 10am, so please give me ample time to print docs if necessary. Early mornings are almost impossible for me to do, but most afternoons I am available.

You now know my name, so let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have been a notary for over 12 years. I have been performing signings for the past six years. I am professional, courteous and I believe customer service is very important. I am the face of a lender and/or title company that the client often only knows by email and phone conversations. I dress professionally and I am attentive to the details. When I handle a signing; the lender, the title company and the customer can rest assured that it will be completed properly and on time.
My schedule can be very flexible at times but I do charge extra for appointments later then 7:00pm.
I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona so I will NOT do NEW purchase signings since it could be a conflict of interest. Refi's, Reverse Mortgages, HELOC's, etc. are not a problem.
As per the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) I have received a CLEAR background check through the National Notary Association (via Signix, Inc)
