4 Names on Notarial Certificate
Posted by Stephanie Santiago at 1/13/2012 2:09:00 PM
I will be completing several DOTs with 4 signers each.
I do not see any reason that I cannot have all 4 signers on 1 notarial certificate.
Naturally, I will complete a line for each signer in my Journal, but I see no legal reason that I cannot have all 4 names on 1 notarial certificate.
Any thoughts on this?

Why is there always a Notary asking about companies/G/B/U?
Posted by Stephanie Santiago at 9/29/2011 11:24:00 AM
I find it interesting.
I work with new companies all the time, follow instructions and complete in a timely manner; getting paid in a very timely manner.

***The feedback one Notary Public expresses may not hold water for all; so what's the use, I ask.
We are all so diverse.

Okay, I'm in California
1 Deed of Trust:

4 Signers:
All 4 signers are identified with a California Driver's License
4 Entries on Journal

I do not see any unlawful reason that I cannot use 1 Notarial certificate with the names of the 4 signers that appeared before me, proving on the basis of satisfactory evidence that they are who are named in the document.
All 4 signers will be appearing before me at the same time with a CA Driver's License so I can identify each signer.

Please give me some feedback.
