HOW TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT:
Send me an email at least two days in advance to schedule an appointment for the notary public service. Let me know where, and when to meet you. If you are calling to schedule a notary service on behalf of someone else, let me know the signer(s) contact information. For last minute emergencies, I will try my best to accommodate your needs.
Fees:
Acknowledgement: $10 per signature
Jurat: Oath or Affirmation $10 per oath or affirmation and executing the jurat
Certified Copy of Power of Attorney: $10 per copy certified
California Authorization for Minor to Travel with Accompanying Adult: $10 (I have proper form with wording)
California Affidavit of Citizenship: $10 (I have form available)
No fees to a Veteran or member of the Armed Forces or representative for notarizing applications or claims relating to pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance or other Veteran benefits. (When done at my location. Travel and convenience fees apply if I come to you)
No fees for notarizing a circular affidavit, nomination document, absentee ballot identification envelope, or any other voting materials or anything relating to an election. (When done at my location. Travel and convenience fees apply if I come to you)

Only the following types of photo identification are accepted:
A current drivers license by California or another state
A current ID card by California or another state
An employee ID card issued by an agency or office of the State of California or by any city, county or city and county
A Passport issued by the U.S. Government
A Passport issued by a foreign government stamped by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), formerly the INS
A Canadian or Mexican Drivers license
A U.S. Military ID card (the “Common Access Card” cannot be used as ID)
Inmate ID card (for inmates in custody only)
IMMIGRATION GREEN CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION
