I have been in the mortgage business(used to be a loan processor) for over 10yrs;therefoe, I understand the documents very well. I am very detailed oriendted, friendly and professional. I believe in doing things right the first time and strive to be the best at what I do. My fees might be a bit high but that is because I am worth it. = ) Here are my fees: $50 +an additional $10 for every document that needs to be notarized and a $25 doc draw fee or a flat fee of $125 in Woodland and $150 in surrounding areas. Can be negotiable only if it is a heloc and only two documents need to be notarized or if I get at least 3 signings a month. I can provide you with referrals. I know that your time is valuable so I appreciate you taking the time to read this.
