More Details: Loans I have closed include purchase, refinance, reverse, second, VA and auto. I have completed several assignments to correct another person’s mistakes. I know when to take the time to clarify questions before proceeding. It only takes a 2-minute phone call to clarify a question while a mistake could take hours to correct. I am retired from the military and from a government social services employment agency. These 32 years of experience affords me the ability and patience to work through the issues that sometimes develop at the table. I serve the entire Morongo Basin including Yucca and Morongo Valley, Joshua Tree, and Flamingo Heights included in my standard fee. Travel throughout the San Bernardino and Riverside counties is available for reasonable fees. Access to the Marine Corps base is never an issue.
I have completed many inspections that include foreclosure, home repairs, auto, computer equipment/software, fire damage and security devices. Camera equipment includes a high definition digital SLR for exact detail and a smaller point and shoot for tight access situations.
