As a Certified Notary Signing Agent, I have notorized over 500 Signings/Closings for both owner occupied and investment properties regarding: Refinances, 2nd's, HELOC's, Reverses, Trust's, Purchases and many Courtesy Signings for over 250 Title Companies, Lenders and Signing Services nationwide. I travel up to 200 miles each way, encompassing the entire Southwest Corner of Colorado; servicing the following 10 counties: La Plata, Archuleta, Montezuma, Dolores, San Juan, Ouray, Mineral, Hinsdale, San Miguel and Rio Grande Counties. I have a Laser Printer (PCL 7 capable), a Laser Fax, I run a high speed (512 Kb) computer on DSL Broadband with an unlimited size e-mail box to accomodate even the extra large doc sets, and I do fingerprinting of all Signers. I pride myself on being prompt, efficient and thorough about any job I take on. I really enjoy meeting new people in the comfort of their home and assisting them through the loan signing process. I spend the rest of my time operating a small bookkeeping service for a few local businesses here in my tiny mountain town of Bayfield, CO. I am available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week to accommodate all your needs. |
