I have a FL seller who is selling a FL titled vehicle to a PA resident who wants to drive the car back to PA. It is my understanding that PA notaries handle the titles, but what would you need from the seller/buyer/FL notary in order to title the car? How can she acquire tags to drive the car back to PA since MV-1 is unavailable to the general public? We're all sooooooo confused here.

I learned they require a $39.95 payment for a comprehensive bgc and a business credit check. Huh? I don't understand the mentality of requiring the biz cc, when we are the ones extending them credit. Any thoughts in support of their requirements?

For me, personally. If anyone knows anyone near 81504 who might be interested, I'm paying someone ($25 via paypal) 1. to print a shipping label, 2.drive to an address and pick up a large package (25 lbs.), 3. attach the label and re-tape pkg if needed, and 4.drop at the nearest UPS.
Payment made when tracking number shows up in the system. It doesn't have to be a notary, even a responsible HS student can do this for me.
To make a long story short, I had a package sent to this area by mistake, and am having a hard time getting the unintended recipient to get the package to me. (I don't have a printer to print label, I don't have any tape to reseal the package, I work until 6 PM every day, and can't get to the UPS store, might get stolen if picked up while I am working, etc.) If you know someone, they can call me or email me at my number or email addy listed in my profile. Having been a realtor, with more than 14 years in that business I am very familiar with the challenges of the signing business. I am willing to travel 30 miles in closings either in Charlotte or Sarasota County. Member of the National Notary Assoc. I work from my realty office and at home, I have dual tray laser printer at my office and at home. I have sucessufully passed the National Notary Signing Agent Certification exam. I will travel outside the area for additional fee. I do not work on Sundays.
