I am an honest, knowledgeable and conscientious Notary. I always positively identify the signers and require that all documents notarized be complete (including Exhibit A). I will not notarize documents that have blank lines or missing documents.
My basic charges for single document sets: $100 for courier, $125 for e-mail docs, add $25 for fax back of up to 20 pages of documents, +$25 for 20 pages.
For double set of documents (1st and 2nd, 80/20, etc.): $150 for courier, $175 for e-mail docs, add $25 for fax back of up to 20 pages, +$25 for 20 pages.
