1) Schedule an appointment with your borrower to sign their loan documents or let our loan-coordinator/notary schedule the appt.
2) Submit a signing request by fax or email. You'll get a copy of the order by email with a unique order number assigned by our system.
3) CLoseIt,LLC goes to work locating and calling notaries to find one available to meet with your borrowers
4) Our system will email the notary signing agent contact details to you along with an updated status.
5) ship the documents to the notary or borrower, or we will pick up the choice is yours.
6) when CloseIt or the signing agent receives the documents (or confirms the borrower has received them) our system will email you an updated status.
7) the signing agent will contact the borrower and confirm the appointment or reschedule it as needed per the borrower's requirements. Our system will email you an updated status.
8) The signing agent will go to the borrower's home or other location as needed, obtain all required signatures, notarize documents and follow any other instructions provided. Our system will email you an updated status.
9) All items will be shipped back to the contact person as per the order the same day or next business day using the client's overnight carrier account and our system will email you an updated status.
10) CloseIt, LLC will confirm that you have received the package and our system will email you the final status. 1) schedule an appointment with your borrower to sign the initial Loan Application, RESPA disclosures and any other documents requiring signature to get the loan in process. In addition ask the borrower to prepare any W-2's, pay stubs, tax returns, insurance papers or any other documents required.
