Posted by ck_KY at 7/23/2007 6:34:00 AM | Is anyone having payment problems with them? I performed a closing for them on May 8, 2007 and have still not been paid. I have been in contact with the owner for 3 weeks now, and he has told me several excuses:
1. "It has been approved to be released by our accounting firm"
2. "It has been mailed, I assure you"
3. "I'll have to check on that for you, I told them to release payment.
4. "I don't know what happened, I will cut you a check from my office, it will be hand written and I'll put a stop payment on the other check"
Mike Weber stated that he mailed the check from his office last Tuesday, and as of today, I have not received payment. It shouldn't take a week for something to get here from Louisville, KY, usually 3 or 4 days at the most.
I will be contacting the Title Company today regarding this outstanding invoice. Just wanted to see if anyone else is having payment problems with them. I have completed a closing from them before and was paid in under 30 days. Thanks for all the input. |

I signed up with them on Friday and by Friday Evening had 51 inspections due by the end of this week! I've been working on them, but was wondering how their payment history is before doing over $1,000.00 worth of inspections up front. Thanks for the input. |
