I advised him that I'm legally not allowed to advise about anything, but I would show him all docs and explain it's purpose. He had been burned by other loans in the past and was very weary of the loan. Obviously a victim of the ARM or some other bad loan. I really felt sorry for them. Don't you hate the position we are put in with some of these loans? I understand everybody has different circumstances but some of these loans can be ridiculous. |

Posted by bigdog at 7/25/2007 9:18:00 AM | | In the BO going somewhere else for a loan. Meantime, SS contacts me to close the loan the first LO had set up. I call the BO to confirm appointment, leave message. Call back later as closing is just hours away, still no answer, leave another message. Call SS to see if they have any other phone numbers for contacting BO. NONE. Appointment arrives and I still haven't gotten call back to confirm. Call SS and they say go anyway. Fine. I wait outside the home for 20 minutes, no one at home, call the SS and they cancel and assign a trip and print fee. Later, MUCH LATER, 2AM later, my cell phone rings. The BO is calling me at 2AM. What the H#ll??? Anyway, she asks me who am I working for? I tell her CW. She says that the LO hasn't returned any of her calls in over two weeks. She thought that they weren't interested or she didn't qualify or something. SO, she contacts another loan company and is closing this morning. What are the LO's thinking when they don't contact the BO to let them know what's going on??? Sorry, just venting after being awake half the night, trying to go back to sleep. Have a great EOM. |

Posted by bigdog at 7/11/2007 4:14:00 PM | | Not just yours, but ones you offer the Bo's. My favorite is the Uni-ball Signo 207. It's a gel pen and writes beautifully. The bo's always comment on it when they are done. I love this pen and it helps with fraud prevention. I had two of them quit on me today and had to go to Staple's to get some new ones. Just made me realize how much I love these pens for my job. A little pricey, but I like the feel of it and how easily it glides over the paper. What's your favorite? |
