Posted by Barb/MO at 8/27/2007 11:17:00 AM | I have three CW closings today. The first was to be at 9:00 AM CDT, but the borrower called yesterday and asked that we change it to a later time. I waited until 8:50 AM hoping the docs would come as if still scheduled for 9:00, then emailed an advisory of the change of appointment and asked if it was known when those docs and those for the one canceled Friday and reset for today would be coming. So far, no response.
As was reported here a couple of days ago, the Chicago CW office lost power on Friday due to the flooding. From what I was told on Friday, I expected the above-mentioned docs early today but they haven't come. What a day for there to be a snafu like this. :-( |

The only other post that comes up in a search was an inquiry made in June of this year, and there are no responses to it.
Any experiences?
