UPS/DHL/FedEx overnight shipping. I can accept your documents via email and via fax. (note: if you have documents that need to be printed ahead of time printing and labor will be figured into the overall price of the notary job) I will gladly come to your residence or business if it's needed or you can come to my business center's location. At times I am in and out and not everyone here is a notary.
My fees will always be reasonable and they will depend on the scope of the work requested, timing and travel. Please try to give as much prior notice as possible. If I'm forced to drop everything to race out to complete your paperwork that will be reasonably figured in.
After years of experience doing mobile notaries, please do not assume I can and will drive to any desired location without compensation. A note: to certain financial loan companies, please don't waste my time dictating what you want pay me. Don't even call me if you have an arogant (this is what we pay attitude). Look elsewhere! Promises made regarding future business does not pay for incurred costs and existing bills. Pay my price and give me business then I may lower my rates based on volume. Call me only if you are willing to set up agreeable terms to both parties.
I will provide each business or person that contacts me with me a written quotes only after I know all the requirements of the notary job. Send me this information via fax or email if this is possible.
If your requirements change after my work understand that the price of the job will change within reason.
I require a credit card number to be given to me upfront to reserve (hold) the payment. I will complete the entire credit card transaction only after the work is completed and after you are satisfied. This rule protects me from job creep and late checks that never seem to come in the mail. If your company does not have or use a credit card that indicates to me that you are not a capable customer.
I can and will accept cash when I arrive in person to facilitate signing(s). I will provide a receipt.
If the documents for any unforseen reason (i,e not related to my notary service) cannot be signed in my presence, I still expect full compensation for making the notary possible at the specified time and place.
My store is located in the Kings Shopping Center in Florham Park NJ 07932. Your Drivers License and an in person visit for all who are signing is required for the notarizing of any documents. Please don't sign until we meet so that I may witness. I can not sign documents presented to me in a foriegn language. All document pages must be present.
