I have over five years experience as a loan signer. I also have experience in notarizing for safety deposit box drillings, adoptions, jurat's, and more. I was a licensed real estate agent in both NY and NJ. I am familiar with loan documents from work. I have done signings for agencies and title companies as well.
My service areas for New Jersey are: Woodbridge, Iselin, Colonia, Avenel, Hopelawn, Fords, Port Reading, Keansbey, Edison, Metuchen and Rahway,Carteret.
My hours and days are as follows: Monday thru Friday 9:00a.m.- 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - evening hours. Weekends will be according to my availabilty.
My pay scale is as follows: $100 for mortgage docs (higher for direct dealings with mortgagers and Title companies) . $25 set of docs copies., added to my Mortgage packet fee above.. All Last minute appointments, appointments requested less than 24 hours in advance, are $25 added onto the fee, above. E-docs are $25 added on. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will cost $50, HELOC Loans cost is $75, copies needed cost is same as above for printing thru emails.
I had a background check done and will supply a copy upon request.
I also carry EandO Insurance. |
