I operate my own full time business and have completed over 3000 closings for various mortgage lenders, title agencies and signing companies. I specialize in mortgage closings and lines of credit and carry error and omissions insurance. I am available to borrower’s 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and schedule my closings based on the convenience of the borrower. I have several state of the art laser jet printers and I use advanced computer technology. I also use a GPS navigation system to ensure on time closings and to minimize travel time. I work admirably under stress and pressure, maintain my composure in difficult situations, and am resilient, persistent and focused in completing closings. My disciplined approach to being proactive in identifying problems, creating and implementing solutions and my sensitivity to closing costs and scheduling concerns, ensures closings being completed efficiently, economically and on time. My targeted priority is to provide outstanding customer service. I offer a unique personality type, have a good sense of humor, and inspire borrowers to enjoy their closing experience with me.
I have over 25 years experience in Corporate America in various credit and financial positions. Additionally, I have a Master’s Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a concentration in business management and finance.
Although I try to serve all of New Jersey, I am located closest to the counties of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset and Union.

Then, on the next page, at the top, it has the line for My Commission Expires: and (Seal). Is it okay to put my stamp on the next page from what I'm notarizing? Thanks for any help. |
