I participated in a training course to familiarize myself of the closing process with Widmer Closing Agency. I am familiar with the Settlement Statement HUD-1 that is intertwined with the new Good Faith Estimate (GFE). I understand how they are tied together and the tolerances for each line item.
I have notarized for new finance, re-finance, loan modifications, reverse mortgages, home transfers, legal documents and auto loan documentation.
