Posted by Sir_Lawrence at 11/28/2011 2:08:00 PM | I just received a letter from the Indiana BK Court about this company filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They listed me as a creditor ($100 for a job in April of 2009), but I was actually paid by them, so their record keeping may have been part of the problem. I'm sure many of you were stung by this. Since what we do in unsecured, many folks are taking it on the chin. Too bad E&O insurance doesn't protect us getting paid. Does any know of insurance that could protect us if we get stiffed?
