| | | | | HELP I am about to drown. Posted by Negrete at 11/9/2007 1:32:00 PM | OK well here goes, I am most likley going to get lamblasted for this but so be it.
I am considering asking my notaries to let me cut fees a little bit. ( MOST IF NOT A LOT OF YOU KNOW MY CO )
If I want to stay competative I need to do this. Am I gonna get bashed over the head for this, or am I just not gonna get the same NSAs to work for me anymore ?

| | | | | Discontinue free membership posters ? ( Never Brenda ) Posted by Negrete at 9/15/2007 10:39:00 AM | If Harry did that he would lose a lot of Biz. SS's & Title Co use this site because there are so many notaries listed here.
If I might suggest Harry, don't let the non-paying members post in the forums. not really sure if that would make sense or not but just a suggetion.

PS. will I ever get my access back to my company listing ? |
| | | | | ( HARRY ) Rate a Notary Posted by Negrete at 9/14/2007 11:33:00 PM | How about a place where a SS can rate a Notary ?
I bet that if you asked your SS lst if they would like to have that, it would go over like hotcakes.
So what do you think Harry ? |

| | | | | Is this the future? Electronic loan signing... I SAY YES ... Posted by Negrete at 7/8/2007 7:01:00 PM | I think this could work great, IMHO...
I see that the way that it works is something like this,
The notary can ID the borrower at the closing in the borrowers home or work place just like we currently do it.
Here is the difference, the notary would have to have a Laptop Computer with an Air card so they have a Internet Connection. ( I know that someone is going to come up with a comment that what about being out in the boondocks and no internet connection ) There are cell towers just about evrywhere anymore. The Notary IDs the borrower and does a Patriot Act form and walks the borrower through the signing process.
I know this sounds like a far fetched idea, but let me hear some comments from the community. P.S. Please don't bash me to all get out.
