Just a BIG Thank You to all of the people that have helped me with the closing this EOM. it has been a great one.

Also thank you to the notaries in IL that helped us with all the closings that we use to do in IL last month that are now with a new SS that uses the same software that we use. I will not mention the Title Co that we fired but it was well worth getting rid of them.

I had mentioned before that we had a customer that was going to require background checks in order for us to do thier closings.

Well, the orders are starting to come in NOW. We need anyone that is interested in doing these closing for us to get your background checks here at NotaryRotary.

I spoke with Tracie and I also have a link on our front page re-directing you to Notaryrotarys page to get this background check.

We will not be able to assign these closing to anyone who does NOT have the background check.

Another one of our accounts is asking us to have the notary stack documents.

What are the general thoughts on this request ?

We are hopefully going to be getting e new account here soon and we would like to get this message out to anyone that is interested in doing closing for us. (( Keep in mind I said hopefully. ))

The company is requesting that we have backround checks on anyone that is going to be doing this lenders closings. We know that some states ( CA and others ) do a backround check and that those particular state we will not need the backround checks to do the closings. However there are others that do not do the backround checks and those states we will have to have them done.

We will state right up front that we will NOT be asking you to do a NNA backround check. If that is what you have already, that will be fine. We do not require that you go through the NNA, AS A MATTER OF FACT IF YOU GET IT THROUGH NOTARY ROTARY we would be much happier.
