We should say prayers for Washington/N.Oregon State flood
Posted by OR at 12/4/2007 3:18:00 PM
I hear that some areas may flood for a few more days while the snow melts. I call Gina and James from Ocean Pacific and all lines are busy. Andy of 1st Courtesy is there too. I know a lot of others need our prayers, If you know any who posts here on the NotRot please post their names so we can add them to our prayers.

What stupid questions are asked by newbies?
Posted by OR at 9/16/2007 12:19:00 AM
I think we should have a newbie button I think that Harry was trying to get some questions together the other night. I think we should really give him some.
The Newbie board FAQ
Maybe that is where the rules could be posting on the Elders board. They could learn how to use the big yellow button. I am sure if would run threw the forum Harry and the Elders on this board could come up with some of the FAQ.

If it was me I would have a "Elders Board" and you can only read the first 60 days of membership.

Newbie Board learn the ropes any one can get into.

It could be called FAQ BY Newbies (newbie questions posted here)

How much do I charge?
How does the borrower sign their name if their name on Id is different?
Split state signing what does that mean?
I haven't got my docs yet what do I do I sign in 30 minutes?
The names are spelled wrong?
Title called and said My docs never arrived what do I do?
How do I sign when someone has POA?
what does N/M mean?
What is Edoc's?
When should I expect to get paid?
How long should I wait until I send a late notice? Should I call or email late notice?
What is escrow Docs?
What is RESPA Docs?

Can you think of any other? thanks

This will drive you nuts!! Have fun!

The object of the game is to move the red block around
without getting hit by the blue blocks or touching the black walls.

If you can go longer than 18 seconds you are phenomenal. It's been
said that the US Air Force uses this for fighter pilots. They are
expected to go for at least 2 minutes.

Give it a try but be careful...it is addictive!!

E-fax. Which one do you have and do you like it. I have a land line fax I love a lot but I am not happy with the cost of the service. It is 60.00 a month. That would pay for my internet service in my mobile office. I thought I read that someone has a free one. Tks lots, JoAnn

How many copies to the borrowers??
Posted by OR at 6/20/2007 6:46:00 PM
I am signing tonight and I am looking over the docs, in the middle of the loan package I a note to the......

"Closing Agent"
You must leave 2 copies of the RTC with the Borrower. Each person signing the mortgage or deed of trust me be given one copy of the loan docs. This is federal law.

I know you leave 2 copies (for 2 borrower if they both sign the same one) of the RTC and a set of docs with the borrowers. Are we required to leave 4 copies of the RTC and 2 sets of docs if there is a borrower and a co borrower?
