Do you still charge if the co. never follows through...
Posted by michkenn at 9/21/2007 3:12:00 PM
with the signing? I got a call at 12:30, and it is 4:08; and they have yet to send the e-docs!! The appt. is at 5pm. If it doesn't happen, would any of you still charge for lost time? A minimum fee?

Accusigning PAID me!
Posted by michkenn at 9/17/2007 10:15:00 PM
I just wanted to say that Rich Carew at Accusigning paid me for my services. I had to email a few times, but I did the job right, and they paid me! I'd do business with Rich again. Payment is key to continuing business ;-)

$100,000 E&O insurance
Posted by michkenn at 9/13/2007 2:44:00 PM
Is this the typical amount that most NSAs carry? I know it depends on a lot of different things, but on average is the question.

I would hope that some people on here have better things to do rather than reply with a sarcastic remark. I've noted that some "veterans" are quick to be sarcastic, rather than be helpful which is a shame because times change and so does business. Hence my asking what the average NSA carries in E&O at this time.

Please, only NICE NSAs reply -- I appreciate your kind responses in advance.

Where does one sign up for Chase? The link on this site for them does not work (www.chasetitle.com).

I would like to check them out. Thanks!

NNA conference question
Posted by michkenn at 9/9/2007 10:20:00 PM
This question is for the NSAs who have attended the conference - please. Is this conference worth attending (get good information and/or training) or is it a big networking conference? I would like to attend, but want to ensure that it is worth the time and money. Serious replies only please - I would appreciate it very much. Thank you.

Accusigning: Has anyone ever received their payment?
Posted by michkenn at 8/30/2007 10:32:00 PM
I've read several threads where NSAs haven't received payment from Accusigning.
I wonder IF anyone has ever received payment, and if not, how did you ever get them to pay.
They are now officially late paying me, and I want to be paid! I emailed them today, so I hope to hear from Rich Carew soon.
