I worked as a loan secretary for 6 years, preparing mortgage and consumer loans for closing. I worked in the registers office for 3 years where I recorded all legal documents pertinent to a mortgage loan for all of Washington County, Tennessee. I have been a notary public for 9 years. I am also familiar with performing title searches for Washington County. My fees vary for title searches. If you are in need of a signing agent I prefer to work only during the afternoon hours. I would also prefer that all documents needed for closing be sent overnight for me to review before the closing, instead of e-mail docs. Thank You. |
