Experience:
After my graduation from High School in 1993, I went to work for the servicing department of a Mortgage Company. Over the next seven years, I worked in all areas of Mortgage Servicing, including Customer Service, Payment Processing, Hazard Insurance, Property Taxes, Loan-Ups, and Quality Control
I became very familiar with all mortgage loan documents during this time. I also handled escalated complaints in Customer Service, and Missing Payment Research and ACH Drafts in Payment Processing.
In 2000, I decided to stay home and raise a family. In the past 11 years, I have taken on many roles, such as a Stay at Home Mom, President of the MOMS Club of Allen, and a leader of my daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.
I was made aware of the opportunity to become a Notary Signing Agent at my own refinance and seeing the immediate advantages, I obtained the training and certifications that I needed.
