Flat Rates as Mobile Notary Signing Agent:
$125. for 30 miles or less
$150. for 31 to 55 miles
To go beyond 55 miles add. 50 cents per each mile (round trip).
The above inclusive fees include confirmation call to borrower, printing two copies of the loan packages with laser printer(s), drive time and presentation time, fax backs if required, drop off to FedEx or UPS, completion calls, e-mails and/or on-line completion reports.
