Below is a little bit of history about myself.
I am 44 years old and currently enrolled in school working on a two year degree in the Health Information and Technology field. Upon completion of that I plan on pursuing a masters degree in Business.
Prior to school I worked for an insurance company for ten years in the Financial Department. There I was responsible for preparing financial statements, quarterly and annual, statutory statements (hard copy and electronic) which included affidavits, jurat pages, state pages, license renewals etc... I have also worked in accounting departments where I was responsible for processing wage garnishments, child support levies, franchise tax levies, IRS levies and judgments. I worked directly with the legal department in handling last will and testaments, probate documents, executors and heirs; as well working directly with the licensing department regarding fictitious business filings, DBA's and LLC's all of these responsibilities required notary seals and signatures.
Before moving to Texas I worked with a private investigative company out of San Clemente, California for eight years. There I was responsible for background checks, criminal investigation and expungement of criminal records all of which required notary seals and signatures.
My experiences as a notary are listed above but I realize that I still have lots to learn and welcome any and all new challenges.
