My total fees per signing are commensurate with the county/miles to travel and all that will be required in relation to the loan signing. My basic fee is $65 per Standard Signing fee, $85 Piggyback (inclusive of 1st and 2nd), $25 E-docs, $50 Trip fee and $50 RESPA Application Package Signing for 25 mile radius. There is a small additional fee for closings outside of the 25 mile radius, same day request/closing, late evening (after 8pm), on a holiday. I am available Monday thru Thursday after 6:30pm, all day Thursday/Friday/Saturdays. I charge an extra $20 for Sunday afternoons.
I have laser printing, can receive e-docs, e-faxes and mailed docs.
I reside in Alexandria, VA 22315 and service the following counties: Alexandria City, Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, Fredericksburg, Loudoun, Falls Church, and Stafford.
