I have been a commissioned notary for more than 3-1/2 years. I learned how to perform signings at a major title/escrow company during the height of the refinance boom and guided over 1,100 signings (primarily refinances, HELOCs) in under a year. I am bonded, have been a member of the NNA, and carry EandO insurance. Although I do have a laserjet printer, it is incapable of printing PCL-compliant (HP) documents, therefore, I usually accept assignments with only preshipped documents.
