suggestions for marketing onesself better

I've been doing this for about a year. I realize that it takes a while to get a business off the ground. Therefore, I would like to know for those more experience closers (evil ones need not answer) what they do, generally speaking of course. bjc-cleveland,OH

Your general question is way too general. Better than what?
