A local Title company found me here and they pay $150!

I got a call from a local company who found me on notaryrotary. Rather than tell them how much I charge, I asked them how much THEY pay. They said $150. I now ask them first, this way if they say more than what I would charge then great! If not (and I haven't come across any yet) I would then tell them, what I charge. I take it or not take it, depending on my schedule. But this way, I'm not losing out on anything!
