Just yesterday launched their website in CT to do loans in that state. If they won't pay their CA, CO & FL, notaries, they won't pay you either.

I would advise anyone who has been doing business with agencies where you have not been paid.... or any other signing agency. Begin by keeping records that include the names/addresses/telephone numbers of the brokers and lenders involved in your transactions. Should there be negligence in payment, you should write to those parties explaining they have been doing business with those who lack credibility and honesty.
