I recently received payment from them after sending a message to their entire company and the owner responded back to me directly. The owner Dave responded back immediately via email and after a brief exchange with him over details within 7- 10 business days I received payment. He even followed up with an additional email right after the Thanksgiving holiday to make sure I had been paid. Since my contact with Dave I have no hesitation in working for them.
