What equipment is necessary for successful printing of e-docs everytime?

HP Equipment has the native PCL drivers (not PCL compliant or emulated) and you can't go wrong. check out the following link for a really great deal on an HP3300.

I have a HP 1200, and when companies find out that is what I have they are very happy- a few said that is what they use as well. Very good quality. You do have to change the paper draw to accomodate the legal paper, but it prints legal and letter size paper great! Eventually if my HP1200 gives out, I may look into a bigger nicer printer that can accomodate both sizes at the same time. For for now, we won't fix what "ain't" broke.
