Regarding Non-payments From Signings Co's

Once it becomes clear that a SS's has no intention of paying you, you should contact the lender, title and/or settlement co and appraise them of this.

Most lender, title and/or settlement co's do not know of the non-payment issues until too many of us have been shafted. Some lender, title and/or settlement co's will offer to pay you, others will state that they already paid the SS's and have no intention of paying you.

However, whatever the outcome, you will effectively make the lender, title and/or settlement co rethink their decision to use that particular SS's. Hopefully this will keep the rest of us from being shafted by the same SS's.

SS's can only continue this behavior if we keep quiet about it. We need to speak up when there are a number of us not being paid, before it becomes too many.

Informing the ss of your intentions often makes them pay pronto. give them a choice pay or i will contact lender. It has worked for me.
