Victory Notary & First American Equity Loan Services, Inc.

I too, was a victim of non-payment by Victory Notary Services for a signing I did for them in September 2003.

On Friday, 11/28/03, I read the posting here on this forum by First American Equity Loan Services regarding how to receive payment. I immediatly sent them an email with the information that they needed. Today, Monday, 12/1/03, I received a check for the signing.

I could hardly believe it! I was lucky and only did one signing for Victory but I was so happy to be paid my $50.00 fee.

I want to thank First American for the payment and for being a truly ethical organization.

I also want to thank Notary Rotary for providing Notary Signing Agents with this discussion forum. Without this board I would have never received this information in such a timely manner.
