Has anyone marketed to real estate investors?

I think there is a whole new area, not much touched. Some of them try to deal with the seller's bank, but some do a lot of business at night, and find an available mobile notary very appealing. I have just marketed to a luncheon group I attend via email, and have already received to positive responses. Now I want to tarket the local REIA!

You can find local group or real estate investors if you go to www.creonline.com. You can find out what times they meet. They usually allow you at least one free visit, then they encourage you to join, but what a great place to market! My local REIA was only $55 for the year, and I got my monies worth the first night. Ours has a table where members can advertise their services or if they have a house they are trying to sell. I forgot to bring flyers this past meeting. I am still kicking myself, because the next meeting is a holiday meeting, so no one will probably be in the mood for business!
