Re: Message from First American Equity Loan Services, Inc. r

I received a phone call today from Michelle @ First American. She was calling to get my address so my check can be mailed. I should have it no later than Monday. First, I would like to apologize to First American for even thinking that they were not being honest when they said they would be helping the Notaries who weren't paid by Victory; secondly, I would like to thank them. They aren't legally obligated to do this but are doing it based on what was stated in their message, the relationship with the Notary community. Lastly, please give them time to process your paperwork. As we all know, there are a lot of us out there who were taken by Victory. Also, please don't forget how we got here. We need to stay on top of putting the owners, Ryan Rapp and Raymond E. Lewis, out of business for good. Keep on pounding the Secretary of State of Indiana, The BBB and the Attorney General. We can not let this happen again!

Again, I thank you First American for your commitment to the Notary Public community.

Sincerely,

Marie Grimes
