Instafi.com not paying their signing agents

Just got a letter from Dino, one of the partners. Can't pay their notaries. The situation will be remedied as soon as possible. This is for signings in July and August. So they'll be looking for new talent, unsuspecting notaries who don't know their history. I've worked for Instafi for about 18 months now, they've pid sometimes okay, others not at all well. At one time they were 120 days in arrears and I threatened Small Claims court action. They loan money from individual investors and then sell the loans. I think they will eventually pay me, but they pay themselves first and the notary gets put on the back burner. I wouldn't bother with them...while they haven't been paying me for past signings, they still called with other orders, and I told them I was too busy, which I am, thank goodness.
