Montgomery Home Title/Titlemania- Does not Pay for canceling

I just wanted to let anyone who is considering registering with this company that if a borrower cancels the loan in the 3 day recission period or does not fund you will not be paid the the closing. It is stated in their Closer Agreement.
How can these companies think that after we do our jobs they don't want to pay us because the loan didn't go through. They get paid 3 times and even 7 times what they pay us. They can afford to pay us the measly $50 bucks for doing our jobs.
