Blue and black ink

In Tn you can use either,is it alright to use both
on the same loan?

The closing instructions usually tell you. if not you would stay with one color.

I had a few closings from one company that had a typo. It said "blank color"

CHECK YOU DOCS!! It all depends on what state the mortgage company is in. Some require the borrowers to sign in blue, and you to sign in black, as your embosser & stamp is in black. Check your state. If loan origniates in TN, you will know what color they should be. (I believe CA is blue for borrower, black for notary). MI is vlack for both.
