I did one job for them & was paid as agreed. The catch is that their policy is to pay for 55 days following the last of the month the loan was signed. To me, it boiled down to about 3 months before I was paid, but I was paid as agreed. Now that I know what their policy is, I don't think I'll be accepting any more closings from them. They don't wait 3 months to get paid, why should I?

Hello Eric,
Same here. Took forever to pay. When I called to request a time to expect payment, I found them to be rather condesending. I won't be working with them anymore. It shouldn't take two months to write a $50.00 or $75.00 or even a $125.00 check.
