Slow payers

For those of you having problems collecting, send out a statement EVERY 30 days with your service charges applied. Some companies are bad at paying, but eventually you will get paid .Some companies are 90 days.Bear with 'em folks.. they will pay and then call you again. Remember.. we all in this together.. and that includes our closing/title agencies. A nice nudge is sometimes needed. Being nasty gets you NO CALLS. And who can afford that?
I have been paid double the amount I invoiced from some companies just for bring nice about a late payment. A $50.00 to $75.00 fee coming in 4-5 months late isn't going to break me. Will it you?
