Hi everyone.I'm just getting started.I need some help in setting fees. I live in Medina and will be servicing Medina,Summit and Cuyahoga counties.What is a good base rate and how do I construct fees as I get farther out.Some numbers would be appreciated.Thanks in advance,Lester

Hi Lester, I charge a minimum of $75.00 for a signing. $125 for a 1st & 2nd loan combined. $25.00 if they edoc or fax the documents. I add an additonal $25.00 if I travel outside my county. Welcome to the club! Wishing you the best!

Thanks for the info on rates.That is a big help.I see so many different base rates to work from that I wasnt sure where to start. Thanks again!
