I have done work with them twice and was paid within two weeks. Mainly I have done Ameriquest closings for them. Its about 100 a closing, with edocs. Also, there is a form in the package with referrals for the borrowers to fill in. If they put down any names, you get $5 per per referral. The woman i delt wtih was kinda flighty...but I got the docs in a timely manner. But, do not accept anything less than 100. The company is getting over 200 from Ameriquest for the closing.

I completed a signing for them on 8/3 but it was the first. Didn't have any problems working with them except that their checklist, etc may become pretty high maintenance. I'll let you know if they pay on time or not.
